Please read these Terms carefully before using Instagain.

By using Instagain you automatically agree to these terms, so you should first read them carefully. If you don’t wish to accept all terms then please don’t use our service.

  • We don’t store your password.
  • No one has been banned for using Instagain, but we wouldn’t be responsible in the case. Don’t mix it with other automation tools. We will never sell any of your information to third parties.
  • Instagain is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any third-party partners in any way.
  • It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Instagain at your own risk.
  • Instagain is meant to be the only software being used on an account. If you mix it with other automation software, there’s a chance your account will get banned.
  • We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your Instagram account is blocked or banned for any reason.
  • We require your Instagram username and password to obtain the required access for Instagram. We don’t store your login details and do not give away, or otherwise distribute your details to any third parties.
  • The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality of your content.
  • We bring the attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake or inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers yourself or with special services.
  • We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Instagain service.
  • Please note that if you change your password, the automation you set will automatically stop. To activate it again, you should re-launch the app and re-login with the new password. During such an event, the inactive period shall not be considered or added to your license.
  • Before you make a subscription decision you are advised to try Instagain with our 7-day free trial.
  • Subscriptions are, by definition, monthly recurring plans with monthly recurring payments OR annually recurring plans with annually recurring payments.
  • You can unsubscribe anytime you want from Instato.io.
  • Should you unsubscribe from an Instagain subscription, you won’t be eligible for a refund but will be able to keep using Instagain for the remainder of your subscription period.
  • You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute.
  • Because our product is a digital service delivered via the Internet, we offer no refunds once the subscription has been paid for.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  • It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

Account terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your plan allows.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Instagain cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
